Now that I am blogging I am always keeping my eyes open whenever I am reading anything or looking at stuff through Facebook. So I found to great things this weekend that I would love to share with you.
Firstly I was looking through our local free Weekender Magazine and there was this advertisment for this local shop Watermelon Red at Coolum, where they support local Australian designers that are inspired by global trends. The have some really amazing designed products.
And the other thing I saw was this article about this wonderfully creative lady named Loani Prior, who does the most amazing wild tea cosies.
She has published 2 books. The first was Wild tea Cosies
Here is her latest book published in April,
I love the leaveshped plates

Love those plates.
ReplyDeleteI really like those serving dishes shaped like leaves. I have also seen some homemade crafts like the twig candle holder. I always liked that look.
